“I am highly impressed with what I saw of those young boys from Buruj Academy. They all full of potentials because despite the fact that we won the game 2-0, it was a highly competitive game- the type you will not get from some academies like that.”
“We had to use our experience to counter their threats and certainly, many of them have a bright future in the game,” he posited.
“My boys played to the instructions but they failed to convert the chances they got and against a more experienced side like Lobi, you can expect to be punished. We will continue to work harder and hopefully ahead our next trip to England and Spain March and April, we will be ready,” the ex-Super Eagles midfielder promised.
Lobi Stars scored their two goals in the 24th and 38th minutes in a game where Buruj Academy winger Lucky Ntong shown like a million stars to the delight of football enthusiasts and fans who thronged Ijebu Ode stadium on Saturday
