Fuji Music crooner Alhaji Abass Obesere has hailed the effort of the management of Buruj Sports Academy led by Dr. Salaudeen Waheed, for helping young talents fulfil their potentials in the round-leather game and called on well- meaning Nigerians to support the initiative of taking them on foreign tours.
The music icon popularly known as ‘Omo Rapala’ was of the view that there is no greater joy in living than when a man who is privilege devote part of resources so help the ‘less privilege’ in the society, saying sports and football in particular remains one of the most veritable vehicle for development in the grassroots.
“I think all well-meaning Nigerians must rally round the initiative of taking those young players abroad just as the management of Buruj Sports Academy is doing,” began the man who recently won  City People’s Best Fuji Musician award for the second consecutive year.
“We have good players from the grassroots and until someone expose them, they cannot get to where they suppose to be. Those who have should always remember those who do not have. They should know it is a privilege to give and God always reward those who show concern to the less privilege in the society,” he concluded.
